The Leisure Company provides one on one supports specifically tailored to you as an individual. During these person centred supports we work closely with you to ensure you are supported to work towards your goals.
One to one support can take place within the community with just you and your support worker or you may choose to join a group with your dedicated support worker staying by your side to ensure you are able to fully participate within the group activities.
